The public comment period on the Draft EIS ran from the publishing the NOA for the Draft EIS on May 4, 2010 to June 28, 2010. The Navy hosted two public information sessions / public hearings during the public comment period on June 2 and 3, 2010. All comments received during the public comment period were recorded and considered for the Final EIS.
