The Main Base and the Dredge Spoils Properties were subject to reverter clause and reverted to the Port of Corpus Christi on 30 Apr 2010 and 30 Sep 2008, respectively. The Electromagnetic Reduction Facility was conveyed via public sale (sealed bid process) to Kiewit Offshores Services LTD on 07 Oct 2011. (Updated March 2012)
