The United States Department of the Navy (Navy) is the lead agency implementing Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) environmental cleanup activities at Former Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Tustin, Tustin, California. Former MCAS Tustin is located approximately 6 miles southeast of Santa Ana and 9 miles northeast of Newport Beach.
The Navy will issue for review a Draft Fifth FYR Report to the California Department of Toxic Substances Control and California Regional Water Quality Control Board, Santa Ana Region. The Final Fifth FYR Report will be issued by 29 October 2026.
