NAS Alameda – On December 19, 2013, the Navy executed a FONSI regarding the proposed interagency transfer of excess property and subsequent development and reuse by Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). The Final Environmental Assessment and Draft FONSI were available for public review for 30 days. The public review period ended 30 days after issuance of the Notice of Availability.
