NS Treasure Island -- Installation Restoration Site 27 Former Clipper Cove Skeet Range: April 9, 2012 - The Department of the Navy announces the release of the Record of Decision (ROD)/Remedial Action Plan for Site 27. Site 27 consists of 19 acres within Clipper Cove, located in the San Francisco Bay between Treasure Island and Yerba Buena Island. The ROD/Final RAP was signed by the Navy, the Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) and the San Francisco Bay Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB).
