The Navy evaluated the remedial goals for buildings. These evaluations estimated the maximum radiation dose and the risk to indoor workers and residents from exposures to potentially contaminated building surfaces at Hunters Point. The Navy found that the radiological remedial goals for buildings achieve the CERCLA protectiveness standard and are protective for future building users.
