Approximately 892 acres of government owned land and facilities as well as 177 acres AICUZ (air clearance) easements located at the Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base Willow Grove, Pennsylvania were declared excess to the needs of the Department of Navy on January 13, 2010. This property is being screened for use by other federal agencies, (i.e. - the federal screening process) with any federal agency's notice of interest due to Navy by February 12, 2010. The facilities include approximately 126 buildings, which support 1,138,047 square feet of administrative, supply, maintenance, training, galley, storage, warehouse, and recreation functions. NASJRB Willow Grove is located on Route 611 in Horsham Township, Montgomery County, approximately 25 miles north of Philadelphia.
