NS Roosevelt Roads -- The U. S. Department of the Navy announces the availability of the Draft Supplemental Environmental Assessment (SEA) for the disposal, transfer and reuse of the Naval Activity Puerto Rico (formerly Naval Station Roosevelt Roads). Federal, Commonwealth, and local agencies, as well as interested members of the public, are invited and encouraged to review and comment on the Draft SEA during the 30-day public comment period. To be considered, all comments must be received by Tuesday, June 28, 2011.
