Former Marine Corps Air Station El Toro Information Repository Transitioning to the Administrative Record

The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) Program Management Office is transitioning the Information Repository (IR) for Former Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) El Toro currently housed at the Heritage Park Regional Library, Irvine, California, to the U.S. Department of the Navy’s (Navy’s) online Administrative Record (AR). The IR for Former MCAS El Toro contains a subset of all Environmental Restoration Program (ERP) documents produced by the Navy. The available Navy ERP documents may be obtained for public review by contacting the Environmental Records Manager for the AR using the contact information provided below.
