The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Base Realignment and Closure Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) El Toro currently housed at the Heritage Park Regional Library, Irvine, California, to the U.S. Department of the Navy’s (Navy’s) online Administrative Record (AR).
